Supervision in Clinical Studies

Instruction is in the form of introductory lectures, group exercises, and group projects.

Students specialise in the area of professional supervision, including:
- pedagogical theories of supervision
- learning and the learning process
- the function and process of supervision
- communication
- interprofessional learning
- the significance of reflection in supervision
- the process of socialisation

Students also specialise in the area of supervisor functions, including:
- steering documents
- assessment of student performance
- ethical aspects and diversity perspectives
- research in the field of supervision

Education level: Master's level

Admission requirements

Registered nurse or other regulated profession in the field of health, care, and welfare, employer selected. Upper secondary level Swedish 3 or Swedish as a second language 3 or B, and English 6, or equivalent

Selection:

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
