Instrument and Ensemble 2
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course comprises four modules.
Module 1: Instrument 1 ECTS cr
Instrumental lessons on the chosen second instrument in the chosen genre.
Module 2: Additional instrument 1 ECTS cr
Basic training in accompaniment by ear and studies of harmonic functions and their colourings.
Module 3: Music pedagogy 2 ECTS cr
Instrumental methodology including practice teaching of chosen second instrument in the chosen genre.
Module 4: Music theory 3.5 ECTS cr
Students practise notation and rendering rythms, melodies and chords in groups, composed according to their level of skills, and arrange music on the basis of different specifications and also a minor composition. History of music from various perspectives is also included.
