7.5 ECTS creditsThe course covers the following:
- research and proven experience in learning and teaching, focusing on the importance of relationships in relation to inclusion, functional diversity, psychosocial conditions, and multilingualism,
- professional ethical aspects from a school perspective,
- the mission of school regarding democratic education and value-based work,
- various forms of national and international governance of schools, with a focus on the right to equitable education,
- scientifically based knowledge of school success and school development, as well as the organisation of school improvement,
- school success at the classroom level: teaching development and teaching quality, and
- key factors for long-term and sustainable competence development for teachers, both at an individual level and in collegial learning.

Admission requirements:
Registered for Teachers' professional leadership 1 - Music teachers, 7.5 ECTS credits, and completed Teachers' pedagogical approach 2 - Music teachers, 7.5 ECTS credits, plus at least 120 ECTS credits of subject studies in the Music Teacher Education Programme, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
