Communication Tools for Industrial Design
7.5 ECTS creditsInstruction is in the form of literature studies, lectures, seminars, workshops, and exercises in the different areas of the design process. The course covers customer involvement, how a holistic and inclusive design method is applied in product development, semantics, the theory of colour and form, and the communication tools of the industrial designer (such as communicating research, ideas, concepts, and results using various visualisation techniques at different levels). Ergonomics and service design are also introduced.

Introduction to innovation and design engineering at Bachelor level, 7.5 ECTS credits, and Design and innovation theories, 7.5 ECTS credits, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
