Essay II: Cultural studies
15.0 ECTS creditsStudents analyse the contemporary cultural sector in terms of its forms of expression, fields of activities, and situation in relation to current cultural policy, and carry out an independently written essay, which is discussed in a final seminar. Students are also required to serve as a peer reviewer of another student's independent essay and discuss both its academic quality and the social and ethical dimensions of the results.

At least 60 ECTS credits in Cultural Studies, including KVGBS1 Essay I: Cultural studies, 7.5 ECTS credits, and KVGBM1 Cultural Studies Methods I, 7.5 ECTS credits, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
