Web Development Project
30.0 ECTS creditsThe course comprises four modules: database design, object-oriented modelling, program development and web development. Students are expected to participate in a web development project involving relations bases, object-oriented modelling, programming and specific web development components.
The course is offered in the form of a project on creating a client application as a part of a web application in which data and sound and image files are transported from the web reader to the server and vice versa. The data are saved in a relation database and the files are saved on a disc in the file structure. The project involves database design, object-oriented design, program and web development with a focus on three-dimension client-server solutions.
Instruction is in the form of lectures, laboratory and project supervision and seminars.

Information Systems 40 ECTS cr including ISGA11 HTML and CSS for Web Development 5 ECTS cr and ISGB15 Java Script for Web Development 5 ECTS cr, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
