Interculturality and media

The course offers and extensive survey of intercultural perspectives on media and media studies. The course particularly focuses on social media and audio-visaul media. The aim is for the student to aquire tools for critical analyses of media and interculturality.
Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)
Education level: Undergraduate level
Admission requirements: IKGA1A Intercultural Communication I, 15 ECTS credits, or IKGA11 Intercultural Communication, 15 ECTS credits, and Intercultural Studies I: Cultural Encounters and Identities, 15 ECTS credits, or equivalent
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
