Operations Management

The course deals with various models for analysing and supporting operative decisions in industrial management. Problems treated have different time perspectives, ranging from strategic decisions of long-term consequences to the daily run of operations. The emphasis is on the short-term decisions regarding production and distribution. Business systems are treated in laboratory sessions in terms of their structure and use.

Admission requirements: Admission to the Engineering Master's programme TACBR at Karlstad University and industrial management 30 ECTS cr
