Operations Management

The course introduces and covers fundamental concepts in operations management. It treats models that can be used to identify and analyse problems and challenges in operations. Possible actions and decisions are discussed, considering both long-term and short-term consequences and opportunities, with an emphasis on operational decisions regarding production and distribution.

Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)
Education level: Undergraduate level
Admission requirements: 30 ECTS credits completed from semesters 1-4 in the Master programme in Industrial Engineering and Management (TACIE), or equivalent
Selection: Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
