Operations Management
3.0 ECTS creditsThe course introduces and covers fundamental concepts in operations management. It treats models that can be used to identify and analyse problems and challenges in operations. Possible actions and decisions are discussed, considering both long-term and short-term consequences and opportunities, with an emphasis on operational decisions regarding production and distribution.
