The Project-orientated Organization
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course treats project management in multi-project settings, where projects are used strategically as a work form and several projects are ongoing at the same time. There is a special focus on questions of project management and making priorities between projects, distributing resources, standardising project work, and learning through and between projects.
The course work is strongly characterised by students being responsible for working actively in groups on realistic practical cases. Students also complete individual assignments focused on reflection and critical review of models and methods.

Admission requirements:
IEAD60 The Project Work Form, 15 ECTS credits, or IEAD61 Perspectives on Project Management Methodology, 7.5 ECTS credits, or at least 180 ECTS credits completed in the Master programme in Industrial Engineering and Management (TACIE), including IEGA08 Projects and Leadership for Engineers, 7.5 ECTS credits, plus upper secondary level Swedish 3 or Swedish as a second language 3 and English 6, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
