Leadership and Coaching

The course gives an introduction to leadership and coaching through discussing and defining different perspectives of coaching, such as what a coaching philosophy is and how it can be used as a basis for leadership. Motivation is also described and internal and external motivators are related to involvement and stress/ill health. Motivational session is introduced as a method from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Also treated are principles of learning psychology and group processes for understanding and influencing behaviour i organisations.
