Leadership, Organization and Gender
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course gives an introduction to how leadership, leadership theory, and the development and theories of organisational studies affect the construction of social gender in the contexts of work and professional life. The course introduces feminist theories on and analyses of organisations and working life and provides insights into how research focused on gender, organisation, and working life can be conducted and evaluated. The course also covers basic practical aspects of gender equality work in organisations and workplaces and discusses the practice and politics of gender equality based on feminist perspectives.
