Science and technology in preschool - didactics7.5 ECTS credits
The course deals with some of the natural cycles in preschool surroundings to emphasise the reciprocal dependence of human beings and nature. Everyday physical phenomena and chemical processes, such as water in various forms, the weather, fermentation, flavours, air, light and sound are treated. The course is based on discussions and reflections on how children's learning of science and technology can be developed, stimulated and challenged. The course includes exploring technology in daily life through investigating how different solutions work and are used, as well as applying technical principles in creating something to gain understanding of it works.
Progressive specialisation: G1N (has only upper‐secondary level entry requirements)

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
