The main content of the course centres on clarifying the principal duty of the real estate manager. The course includes integrated practical case studies, involving building technical, legal and economic issues as well as specialised aspects of important real estate management duties.

Admission requirements
Admission to the real estate management programme (SGFEK) and at least 75 completed programme course credits.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
