The leadership of the future
5.0 ECTS creditsThe course starts out from theories of the role of leadership for co-creation and collective intelligence, and covers both the theory and the practice of project management and change management. Theories and models that are important for professional and organisational learning are treated, such as regenerative listening, constructive relationship building, hybrid work methods, and approaches intended to promote the empowerment of the team.
The course content is partly created by the students, as they discuss different cases and their own experiences and analyse them using the concepts, theories, and models covered in the course. Independent study, extensive reading of relevant literature, active reflection upon the course material, and active participation in course activities are required.
