Resilient systems and innovation
7.5 ECTS creditsThe aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding regarding how organisations can become more resilient and innovative in a complex and changeable world. The course introduces systems thinking and demonstrates how organisations, together with stakeholders, are influenced by and interact with surrounding society. Models and tools for analysing risks, identifying possibilities, and leading change and innovation efforts are included. Students have the opportunity to work with practical solutions that enhance the ability of organisations to adapt and create value over time. The course also highlights the challenges of implementing change, especially when several stakeholders need to interact in and between organisations.

Admission requirements:
A Bachelor degree of at least 180 ECTS credits, including at least 90 ECTS credits with progression in the main area of study Business Administration or a Technology, Science, Social Science, or Humanities main area of study, or 90 ECTS credits of Business Administration courses in the Business and Economics programme, with 30 ECTS credits at the G2F level or higher, and upper secondary level English 6 or English level 2, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
