Computer Engineering Project
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course prepares students for the future professional role and for the final independent project that concludes the degree programme. The focus is on the process involved in computer engineering design projects. The specification of the end product is owned by an external client. The following components are included:
-select, formulate, and complete the task according to plan and in consultation with the client
-evaluate possible alternative solutions
-plan the work to solve the task and complete it on time
-identify necessary equipment, aids, and development environment
-design a functioning prototype or model
-design and perform tests to evaluate the result
-participate in regular reports to the client
-create a technical report according to international practicable standards, including reflections on the role of the solutions for sustainable development and human-computer interaction
- perform regular oral presentations to a group.

Computer Science 90 ECTS cr. Upper secondary school level Swedish 2 and English B or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
