Cloud Infrastructures
1.5 ECTS creditsThe course covers technical aspects relevant to cloud service environments, specifically the different technical methods behind modern cloud-hosted infrastructures (computer, storage, and network), including virtualisation techniques such as hypervisors and containerisation techniques such as Docker. Challenges that are relevant for migration, scaling, and surveillance are discussed in relation to cloud services, and key concepts for technical cloud infrastructure and its implementation are examined through laboratory experiments and quiz evaluations online.

30 ECTS credits in Computer Science or three years of work experience in the IT sector, and upper secondary level English 6 or B, or equivalent
