Dance teaching democracy
7.5 ECTS creditsStudents learn about different pathways to integrating a democratic perspective in dance teaching through literature, lectures, seminars and workshops. In relation to the tradition of artistic dance, concepts such as views of the human being and knowledge, body, apprenticeship, freedom to act, participation, diversity and equality are discussed. The concepts are explored, concreticised and problematised in relation to dance teaching. Students carry out their own dance teaching project and a survey of participants' experiences.

General admission requirements and at least one year of full-time dance studies and one year of dance pedagogical experience
