- work methods and construction machinery
Production Cost Estimate
- tender invitation requirements
- production data, quantity reduction and cost estimate
Production Planning
- strategic planning, planning process, planning methods, WBS and CPM
- resource planning, using the cost estimate as a basis for the planning
- purchase process, assessing contractors, planning purchase and delivery,
- production time plan, machinery time plan, and APD-plan
- cash flow, payments plan, "S-curves".
Production Management
- tender assessment and construction start
- materials administration and purchase
- planning the work
- follow-ups of activities, resources, checks and quality techniques
- environmental control during production
- financial control, balance checks at project and company levels, estimate final costs
- project performance, earned value.

Construction Management I, BYGB15, 7.5 ECTS cr., Building Technology and Building Physics, BYGA11, 7.5, Energy and Environmental Engineering, EMGA11, 15 ECTS cr. or equivalent.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
