Biology Independent Research Project

Students conduct their own individual research project, chosen in consultation with the examiner. The project should be based on the students' previous studies in biology and provide the opportunity to specialise. Parallel to the independent project students also carry out literature studies.

Admission requirements:
Bachelor's degree of 180 ECTS cr with a major in Biology, including at least 15 ECTS cr in ecology or equivalent and specialisation courses in biology 30 ECTS cr at Master's level.
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
