7.5 ECTS creditsAn organisation offering a good work environment attracts job applicants and has a better chance of retaining employees. Healthy and satisfied employees mean fewer days of sick leave and increased productivity. The course provides in-depth knowledge of rules, theories, and methods that can be used to create "good work". The emphasis is on the organisational and social work environment. The following aspects are treated:
-External factors affecting the work environment
-Risk and health factors in the work environment, with a focus on the organisational and social work environment
-Theories and methods related to work environment management at the levels of organisation and workplace
-Change through making factors and costs in the work environment visible
-Main work environment actors and their roles in work environment management
