Introduction to Organisational Theory
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course includes studies of general organisation theory and its development as well as an introduction to modern theories, approaches and models of analysis. Basic issues and organisation concepts of structure, design, manangement and change effort are also treated. Students work with case studies and develop their ability to critically examine concepts and theories. Instruction is in the form of lectures and work in groups to produce oral and written reports.
