Operative Perspectives in Personnel Administration
7.5 ECTS creditsInstruction is in the form of lectures, individual and group work, supervision and seminars which treat the ideas, field and work methods of personnel management. The following aspects are included:

- equality and diversity efforts in organisations
- rehabilitation

- violence and threats
- preventive action
Students work mainly on their own finding sources, reading and analysing cases individually or in groups.
Instruction and all communication between teacher and students, individually or study groups, are web-based through a distance learning platform. In order to carry out the course relevant communication equiment including a webcam and a headset are required.
