Evaluation of labour market projects
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course deals with evaluation of labour market political projects, financed by municipal and/or regional funds and the European Social Fund for skills development and workforce supply. The focus is on two components: basic knowledge of the central evaluation models, and basic knowledge of learning evaluation and process evaluation within the framework of the European Social Fund.
The course includes the following areas:
-Evaluation, definition and content
-Central evaluation models
-Project steering
-Planning the evaluation of a labour market project
-Follow-up and evaluation of EU's social or regional funds
-Learning evaluation and process evaluation of an EU-project
-Planning an evaluation of a social fund project
-Planning their own evaluation
Instruction is in the form of lectures at the course start, web based lectures, and mandatory hand-in assignments.
