This course is developed for working professionals who want to develop and strengthen the ability to work strategically with development and planning.
Developments in the surrounding environment are moving faster and faster and becoming increasingly unpredictable. Everything is connected and affects each other, technology, ecology, politics and economics. Navigating this landscape as a company and organization places ever higher demands on strategic development. In this course, we focus on simple and powerful tools that strengthen your ability to develop long-term sustainable strategies. Through individual and group reflections on basis on relevant theory, the course participants will enhance their critical thinking and abilities to make choices of applicable strategy development methods.

EXAMINATION
Examination of the learning outcomes will be done through written and oral assignments, which you present and discuss at seminars.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The course is at an advanced level, given part-time and is designed to be combined with work. The course is web-based and conducted as a distance course.
PREREQUISITES
90 ECTS credits completed in social, behavioural, or natural science, including at least 30 ECTS credits at the G2F lever or higher, at least 2 years of relevant work experience, and upper secondary level English 6 or A, or equivalent.
