ISE Graduate Professional Development Program
ISE stands for "Improving value creation through service education" and is a project where the Service Research Center (CTF) at Karlstad University, in collaboration with companies and organisations develop and offer tailored, flexible courses at the advanced level aimed at professionals.
ISE is funded by the Knowledge Foundation between 2020-2025. The aim of ISE is to develop and offer flexible and tailor-made courses for professionals. The courses will be developed in close cooperation with partner companies to meet their competence development needs, and based on the latest research by CTF focusing on value creation through services.
The aim of the Knowledge Foundation's Graduate Professional Development Program is to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness by supporting professional skills development and further educate professionals through tailor-made courses developed by strong research environments.
ISE is run by CTF and is carried out in collaboration with Karlstad Business School and other units at Karlstad University, and with several companies and organisations, for example: Almega, Attityd, BillerudKorsnäs, Cellcomb, Compare, Effect management, Färjestads BK, Ikea, Industriråd Värmland, Live Nation Nordic AB Löfbergs, NWT, Region Värmland, RISE, SMA Mineral AB, Stål & Verkstad, Uddeholm AB, Unionen and Volvo Bus Corporation.
