Welcome Ceremony for Exchange Students – Spring Semester 2026

We warmly welcome all incoming exchange students to Karlstad University for the spring semester of 2026.

The welcome ceremony marks the official start of your exchange experience and provides an introduction to the university, student life, and practical information to help you settle into your studies in Karlstad. You will also have the opportunity to meet fellow exchange students and representatives from the university.
