LINA STÅLBERG

Lina Stålberg is responsible for Manufacturing Technology Development & Governance at Volvo CE Operations. She is leading the innovation ecosystem and way of working and leading the Factory 4 Tomorrow digital transformation along with other core team members. Prior to this Lina has held several other positions in Volvo CE e.g., change agent for the lean transformation. 

Lina is also an affiliated researcher at Mälardalen University and holds a PhD in Innovation and design. Her research interests are change management, continuous innovation, especially exploration and exploitation and ambidextrous organizations.
