I am a postdoctoral research fellow with the CTF Service Research Center. My research focuses on studying service design and the consequences of user involvement in innovation processes. Additional research interests include the public sector and investigating public policy from a service ecosystems lens. A number of research projects are based on collaborations with colleagues at Griffith University, Southern Cross University, and the Management Center Innsbruck. My recent publications appear in Journal of Service Research, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, and Journal of Service Management.
