Scholarships and grants
At Karlstad University, there are a number of scholarship funds announced through the university's scholarship committee. The conditions for each scholarship and its application are specified on the respective scholarship page.
The regular application period is from 1 March to 31 March each year. If not all scholarships are awarded during the spring semester, new calls may be announced during the autumn application period, from 1 October to 31 October.

Meeting times
The Scholarship Committee holds its regular decision meeting in April each year. If not all scholarships are awarded during the spring semester, new calls may be announced and an additional meeting is then held in November.
