Tomas Gustavsson

My research area is about project management and, what is called, Agile ways of working. I investigate how teams coordinate their work in larger organizations, where they have scaled up the Agile ways of working with many collaborating teams. Also, I investigate digitalization and business development with Agile methods (organizational agility).
