Suraj Prasad

Research
I am interested in the stability and degradation mechanisms of non-fullerene acceptor (NFA)-based high-performance organic photovoltaics (OPVs). My research focuses on addressing one of the most critical challenges in OPV commercialization: achieving high efficiency while ensuring long-term operational stability.
Bio
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, India (2016), followed by a Master’s degree in Electronic Science from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Arunachal Pradesh, India (2018).
Following my postgraduate studies, I undertook a research internship at CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, Rajasthan, India (2018-2019), where I worked on GaN-based LEDs, gaining experience in device physics. I then joined IIT Bombay, India, as a Project Assistant (2019-2021), where I worked on perovskite solar cells, focusing on their performance optimization.
