Teaching
Teaches at all levels of higher education, including undergraduate, postgraduate, master's, doctoral, executive education, and higher education pedagogy programs.
Was nominated by students for Teacher of the Year at Karlstad University in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Collaboration
Collaborates nationally with other universities and business schools, including the Stockholm School of Economics, where I am also affiliated with both the Department of Management and Organization (DMO) and the Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness.
Collaborates locally in the Värmland region with organizations such as Karlstad Innovation Park and Effect Management.
Collaborates internationally through organizations such as the International Leadership Association.
