Bio
My previous professional experience in structural engineering and simulation has laid the foundation for my interest in systems thinking and the interplay between actors, tasks and situations under dynamic conditions. I am particularly interested in the mechanisms that influence our ability to make judgments and act under uncertainty as well as how robust processes can be designed to support and maintain our ability when conditions change.
