Research
I research how ideas become innovations – and above all, what happens at the beginning of that journey. What makes some ideas develop and take off, while others fade away? These are the questions that drive my work in idea and innovation management.
In September 2025, I defended my doctoral thesis Idea Development for Innovation: A multi-level exploration of the activities and processes propelling ideas towards innovation, in which I examined idea development at the individual, group, and organizational level.
Today I am involved in the research projects DHINO and DigiH4A, where we explore how digital solutions can drive innovation in the health sector.
The goal for my research is to contribute to academia and help organizations in both the public and private sectors to better harness the ideas within their operations to create continuous change.
