Idris Waysi's research interests span foreign policy, security, and comparative politics.
Teaching
Waysi has extensive teaching experience in political philosophy, international politics, and social science methods, acquired over more than a decade at Stockholm University, the Swedish Defence University, and, in recent years, Karlstad University.
He also supervises students at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Bio
Idris A. Waysi earned his PhD from Stockholm University with a dissertation on U.S. foreign policy. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Director of the Bachelor’s Program at Karlstad University.
