Bilal Maqbool

Research
My research focuses on improving the usability and accessibility of digital healthcare applications. My current work involves developing methodologies and/or tools that assist software engineers in effectively evaluating and ensuring the usability and accessibility of their digital solutions. In future, I am particularly interested in empirically testing these strategies, looking for collaborations with industry partners to validate their practical impact and efficacy.
