Research
As a PhD student, I study evolution with a focus on demographic effects and natural and sexual selection. The studies are conducted both in the field and in the lab using study organisms such as fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) and damselflies (Coenagrionidae).
As a project assistant, I have also collected morphological data on fly wings and measured differences in nutritional intake from flies that have adapted to different food sources.
