Participate in new psychological treatment for anxiety or depression
Researchers at the Centre for Psychiatry Research, Stockholm and Karlstad University are investigating whether a new psychological treatment based on learning psychology, language and cognition is effective in the comorbidity between anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression.
Do you struggle with anxiety and depression? Researchers at the Centre for Psychiatry Research, Stockholm, and Karlstad University are investigating whether a new psychological treatment based on learning psychology, language, and cognition is effective in the comorbidity between anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression.
We are looking for people over the age of 18 who have problems with any of the above and who do not attend other simultaneous psychological treatments.
For us to determine if the treatment could be suitable for you, you will first have to carry out the following steps:

- If you fit thus far, you will be contacted to make an appointment for an interview.
If we assess in this situation that you could be helped by the treatment given in the project, you will receive an offer to participate in individual treatment for a total of 12 occasions.
