Conference fee

Full-time employee (SEK 3200, VAT not included).

Phd-student, part-time employee, people in retirement (SEK 2000, not included).

Low income, i.g. students, artists, unemployed (SEK 500, VAT not included).

The conference fee covers

Participation in the conference during October 26-28.
Lunch and fika.
Welcome night at Scala theatre and Hotel Plaza in Karlstad October 26.
Conference dinner at Nöjesfabriken in Karlstad October 27.

Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms have been pre-booked at hotels in Karlstad at our government contract prices. Please note that these prices will be updated July 1st.
