Karlstad University tee-shirts are sported at the registration desk for IEEE CBMS 2016 on Opening Day in the Medical School at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, where 97 countries came together to discuss latest research in computer-based medical systems. The conference was located to both Dublin and Belfast.
Conference Co-Chair Dr. Bridget Kane, from Information Systems, Karlstad University, led a panel discussion on research funding and Horizon 2020 opportunities with advisors and policy makers in the area. She also contributed to 3 papers on nurse shift handover, minimum datasets for mother and baby medical records as well as an analysis of the impact of application system messages on the usability of healthcare software applications in a hospital setting.
