Collaboration
Since intercultural encounters are becoming a more important aspect of contemporary societies, intercultural knowledge is in demand outside of the academy. Collaboration with private and public sectors in Sweden is therefore prioritized at the department.
Teachers and researchers in Intercultural Studies have long experience of cooperating with the business sector, libraries, municipalities, schools and organisations. We develop contract education courses aimed at interested parties.
Teachers and researchers at Intercultural Studies have a varied academic background and a wide net of contacts. This provides a productive basis for flexibility and openness for developing “tailored” contract education courses.
