To begin with, you search in Libris web search. There you can find most of what is available at the music colleges’ libraries and at the Music and Theatre Library (Musik- och teaterbiblioteket) in Stockholm, which is one of Europe’s largest research libraries in the field of music.

However, you will not find everything in Libris. Here is help to proceed further:

• Oria is the catalog for the Norwegian libraries.
• Songs can be found in the Royal College of Music in Stockholm’s song index.
• The Swedish Song Archive has its own index.
• If it concerns music for male choirs, it is worth trying Subito! Orphei Drängar’s own sheet music library database.
• The Music and Theatre Library has a good list of links.
