Teacher Roles and Resources: Primary Education

The course includes:

- Skills required to complete a school-based teaching degree, such as study techniques, digital resources, source criticism, and information retrieval
- Introduction to education as a field of research and practice
- Examples of teaching practices related to principles for lesson planning
- Aesthetic learning processes and digital resources as examples of educational tools

Progressive specialisation: G1N (has only upper‐secondary level entry requirements)

Education level: Undergraduate level

Admission requirements: General admission requirements and either -field-specific eligibility A6 b (upper secondary level Mathematics 2a or 2b or 2c, Natural Sciences 1b or 1a1 + 1a2, Civics 1b or 1a1 + 1a2), or -field-specific eligibility 6b (upper secondary level English B, Mathematics B, Natural Science A, Civics A)

Selection:

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
