Introduction to Law
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course gives an account of juridical systematics and methodology. The course is designed to address everyday juridical issues regarding the regulation of relationships between individuals, groups, businesses, other organisations, and society. Special emphasis is placed on everyday legal problems facing individuals. The course gives a problem-oriented illustration of civil and, to a certain extent, public law norms. The course also covers the following areas: the right to negotiate, the law relating to the sale of goods, estate law, corporation law, labour law, laws relating to claims of indemnification, market law including consumer law, law of property, fiscal law, administrative law, financial family law, and penal and procedural law.
