EU regulation of technology, data protection and markets
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course treats the interaction between the Swedish legal system and EU law. The course content is based on the Artificial Intelligence Act, the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Act, and the Data Governance Act. Consideration of the relationship of these regulations to technical, economic, and political societal conditions promotes an understanding of how legal thinking, legislation, and legal application are affected.
