Leadership and personality

The course covers the concepts of leadership and personality and different perspectives on the relationship between leadership and personality. Various leadership models and current research are discussed and connected to theories of organisation, social psychology, and personality. The course also includes group exercises aimed at identifying and reflecting upon various ethical problems and challenges related to leadership.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
