Clinical Psychology II
13.0 ECTS creditsThe course provides further accounts of clinical psychology areas with special emphasis on children and young people, addiction, abuse and traumatic stress. Psychopathological states in diagnosis and diagnostic methods, and different perspectives and views of the ill health process are treated. The structure and content of the DC 0-5 and ICD systems are described, and students practise making structured assessments. The current evidence-based situation for various psychological interventions and the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare are outlined.
