Learning theories
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course provides an introduction to learning theories and students develop skills in comparing various learning theories and assessing their effects on individual and group learning. The following components are treated:
- Presentation of some learning theories, such as behaviourism, cognitivism, pragmatism and the socio-cultural perspective
- Reflection and discussion individually and in groups on students' experiences of the learning process in relation to learning theories.
